Section · 01 — Why it matters

People check you before they call you.

Whether someone finds you through Google, social media, a recommendation, an advert or the sign-writing on your van, most will look you up before they pick up the phone. A proper website is where that check happens.

It lets a potential customer verify the business is real and established, understand exactly which services you offer and which areas you cover, see photographs of work you've actually completed, and enquire in a couple of taps while they're still interested.

Without one, that same person carries on down the list until they find a trade that looks the part — often one doing the same standard of work, presented better.

    Content supplied

You send photographs of completed work, service details, areas covered and any reviews you already have. The scope is agreed in writing before the build starts.

  3. 03

    Design and build

The website is designed and built around your services, then tested properly on mobile, tablet and desktop.

  4. 04

    Review and launch

You review the site and can request reasonable revisions before final approval. Once approved and the balance is settled, it goes live on your domain.
